SI Prime Estates is a RERA-licensed brokerage working in the UAE since 2022. We close deals in two emirates — Dubai and Abu Dhabi — for buyers from Russia, Kazakhstan and Georgia. Most clients never come for a viewing: they watch site video, read the documents and sign remotely.

On the primary market the developer pays our commission. On the secondary market the fee is 2% and is stated in the agreement before we start.

How the deal works

Selection. We send 5–7 options with floor plans, price per m², handover date and payment plan.

Reserve. We reserve the property remotely: Form F, 10% first instalment transferred to the developer's account.

Documents. Processed through the developer and the DLD. You do not need to be in the UAE — we act under power of attorney.

Handover. Snagging with an engineer, Title Deed in your name, transfer to a management company for rental.
